I'm Martin Schmid. I currently lead European AI client implementations at Viova (Valsoft Corporation), where we deploy Voice AI into automotive retail.

Before Viova, I spent four years at JAGGAER delivering Source-to-Pay platforms to global enterprise clients, followed by a Professional Services lead role at ASE Global.

Currently exploring AWS Solutions Architect, SAP S/4HANA (TS410), and n8n + LangChain for applied AI workflows.
